Granada Airport is a medium-sized facility and not very busy. There are no hotels at the airport, although the nearby AC Hotel Granada is within reach and ideal for business layovers. This hotel is very well appointed and boasts business and conference facilities.

When visitors fly to Granada they have a huge choice of hotel accommodation in the city where the attractions are and there is no real need to stay near the airport, as public transport is good and the city centre is only minutes away by taxi. Hotels are available in all categories and price ranges, from five-star luxury hotels with views of Alhambra and the Albaicín Quarter to mid-range city hotels with swimming pools and backpacker-style hostels.

If you have an early morning flight to Granada then avoid getting up in the middle of the night and travelling to the airport by booking into an airport hotel the night before you fly. You can wake up only minutes by shuttle bus from the airport terminal and leave your car in the secure hotel car park for the duration of your trip.
