Formentera Weather
Formentera has clearly defined seasons. It is very warm and dry during the summer months and cooler in the winter. Temperatures are similar across the island due to its flatness.
Winter
Formentera occasionally suffers from strong winds. There is a year-round breeze, which can get stronger during the winter months of December and January, and also in the spring.
Summer
Rainfall is rare, regardless of the season, with the summer months often seeing no rain at all. This leaves the island very dry and with the wind blowing, it can get fairly dusty.
Despite the winter winds, temperatures can still reach between 17°C and 18°C. These temperatures rise during the summer, but the heat is usually bearable.
