Insurance Renewal

Here at Essential Travel we want to make your life as easy as possible. As from May 2008 we have introduced an automatic renewal function on all our annual polices which mean you don't have to worry about your travel insurance lapsing and you being uncovered while on holiday.

All existing policy holders whose policy was or is due to be automatically renewed are sent two reminders via the post and email to the address we hold on their existing policy advising them of the pending auto renewal upon expiry of their policy. The reminders will advise the date and amount which is to be debited from their credit/debit card and also advises how a customer can cancel the auto renewal should they wish the renewal not to go ahead.

If you want to manage your travel insurance renewal yourself you can do this through the My Account section of the website. It is quick and convenient and you can add on new people to the policy here. You an also change the amend the dates, areas of cover and level of cover your policy offers.

If you have a pre existing medical conditions you will need to re declare them for the year again. The medical screening can be done online on step 4 of the renewal process.
