Wellington Airport Parking

There are two main parking areas. The main car park is located outside the terminal building and offers two floors for short-term and premium parking. The Westside long-term car park can be found on the western side of the runway; a free shuttle bus carries passengers to and from the terminal and operates on demand. Passengers can call the shuttle from courtesy telephones and arrange for pick up at the terminal upon return.

Short-term and long-term parking

There are three short-term car parking options available: premium, uncovered and value. The short-term car parks are open 22 hours a day (closed between 02:00 and 04:00), 365 days a year.

Premium parking offers covered, weather-protected parking at the closest possible point to the airport terminal. Premium parking has a secure fence, roller doors around the perimeter and there are additional security cameras monitoring all vehicles.

To get to the long-term car park, drive in through Freight drive at the southern end of the terminal. A free shuttle service operates between the long-term car park and the airport terminal. If the shuttle is out in transit when you arrive at the long-term car park, just pick up the free phone located near the car park entrance to call them, and they will return to collect you.
