Scottsdale Restaurants

Scottsdale has some of the finest restaurants in the city of Phoenix and you’ll no doubt find it difficult to just choose one. All of the town’s big resorts feature world-class restaurants with famous chefs, but there are also dozens of ethnic and fusion-style places offering delicious meals at reasonable prices.

Where to eat

There are a few good areas to go in search of a place to eat, including the super- trendy Biltmore Fashion Park shopping centre. Here you will find a dozen quality restaurants. The heart of Old Town Scottsdale is another prime location for ethnic food prepared and served at the highest of levels. Naturally, great Mexican food abounds in the Phoenix area, but the most authentic spots are in the Hispanic neighborhoods in the south parts of the city.  Stockyard’s is considered to be Arizona’s original steakhouse and has been around for decades. Don and Charlie’s is another top spot, with a world famous reputation for the best steaks on the planet.

What to eat

Scottsdale is better known for its trendy fusion cuisine. The southwest is also known for its cowboy steakhouses, which are typically family-oriented restaurants serving massive portions of grilled steak, ribs and all of the fixings. Entertainment often accompanies these saloons. Scottsdale also has some of the best steakhouses in the region, where the emphasis is on prime cuts of beef, cocktails and cigars.

Sunday brunch is popular thing to do in Scottsdale. All of the big-name resorts and hotels serve classy buffet brunches, especially at the Scottsdale Princess, The Biltmore and the Phoenician.
