The capital of Tennessee and the home of country music, Nashville hosts one of the most famous musical venues in the world, the Grand Ole Opry, where artists such as Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash have wowed the crowds. Visitors to the vineyards can sample delicious wines and champagnes while also gaining insight into production methods. The winery is housed in a Tudor-style building with extensive vineyards.

The Warner Parks Nature Center gives visitors staying in the Nashville area a chance to enjoy the beautiful terrain that surrounds the city. It features over 10 miles of walking trails, and visitors can also enjoy guided tours and talks on the conservation of this ecologically diverse area, making the centre a popular escape from the city.

Activities and leisure

Nashville is home to a professional NFL team, the Tennessee Titans, and the NHL team, the Nashville Predators. Both teams play home games in the city. For those wanting to participate in the action themselves, there are plenty of golf courses as well as hiking trails located not far from the city.
