Fort Lauderdale Transport

Fort Lauderdale presents a fairly limited selection of options for getting around when compared with many other US cities; however, those services that are available are pretty comprehensive so visitors should not be faced with too many hassles when trying to get out and about to see the citys most popular sights and attractions. Alternatively, instead of being restricted by the schedules and timetables of the public transportation system, you can just rent a car and have all the freedom you desire to come and go as you please.

By bus

Public bus services that connect the downtown district with the Las Olas Riverfront, the Olde Town and various other significant locations within the city, are operated by the Downtown Fort Lauderdale Transportation Management Association under the provision of Broward County Transit. For details of schedules and routes, visit the website at: http://www.broward.org/bct/

From the airport
