Alternatively, you can also drive to Des Moines via interstate routes. Enter I-80 if you come from the east or the west, or I-35 if you come from the north or the south. Once you are in the Des Moines area, the city can be easily accessed via I-235.

Here, you can be amazed at the many gigantic, colourful balloons that compete in the hot-air balloon competitions held here.

Iowa State Fair is also very interesting, with its many fun competitions and games. Those who wish to relax amid the beautiful countryside can find many parks around the city. Sports fans will enjoy a variety of activities at Sleepy Hollow Sports Park such as wall-climbing, swimming, golfing, a shooting range and a go-kart track.

One of the safest cities in the United States of America, Des Moines is a friendly city that welcomes tourists to witness many outstanding art scenes.
