Vancouver International Airport has introduced the first pay-per-use passenger lounges in North America. With the introduction of Plaza Premium Arrivals and Departures Lounges, all international travellers can enjoy a first-class lounge experience, regardless of airline or class of travel.

Spacious, sophisticated and tranquil, the lounges are a quiet oasis full of amenities to help passengers complete some work, get refreshed, relax and unwind. For a reasonable fee, visitors have access to shower facilities, private resting suites, a pressing service for flight-wrinkled clothes, a self-service bar and buffet, television and movie area, library, email and internet access, and a business centre including secretarial services, high-speed photocopying, faxing and printing services.

Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge

The Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge is available to passengers arriving on international flights after they have cleared Canada Customs. Located in the public area on level 2 of the International Terminal, passengers can look forward to a wide range of services in a relaxed and peaceful environment before continuing on their next flight or conducting their business of the day.

Plaza Premium Departures Lounge

The Plaza Premium Departures Lounge is available for passengers departing on international flights. Located just past international security on the duty-free retail corridor, the beautifully appointed lounge offers comfortable furnishings surrounded by expansive views of the mountains. It can be found on level 3 of International Departures (post-security).
