London Airport Parking

There is ample parking at all of London’s airports, with short-term and long-term parking available.

Short-term and long-term parking

London’s biggest airport, Heathrow, has both long-term and short-term parking available at all four terminals. Short-term car parks are generally within easy walking distance of the terminals, although you can park in these car parks on a long stay basis, but at a much higher price. The Business Car Parks are a little more expensive than the long stay car parks, but are also closer to the terminals; from both there are regular, free, shuttle bus transfers.

Car parks are well signposted, easy to find and can be booked in advance online or by phone where you can get complete instructions about how to drive to your booked car park.

The system at Gatwick and Stansted is similar and both can also be booked in advance through British Airports Authority (BAA); generally parking at Gatwick and Stansted is slightly cheaper than at Heathrow.

Neither Luton not City Airport fall under BAA management, but both have ample parking options that can also be booked in advance, online. City Airport offers free valet parking to all passengers; simply follow the signs for valet parking, next to the terminal.
