Getting To Mallorca

As an island, Mallorca is basically accessible by air only and while some limited ferry services from the mainland and Ibiza are in operation, flying is a much quicker and more convenient option. Ferry travel is appropriate for those wishing to take their own vehicles with them.

By car

As Mallorca is an island, there are no options for arriving here directly by car, although it is possible to take a ferry which permits vehicles, so you may wish to consider this. If arriving by air, once on the island, a rental car is a convenient and comfortable way of getting around and seeing the sights.
