Vilamoura Weather

Vilamoura is situated on the Algarve coast of southern Portugal and because of this, benefits from a wonderfully mild climate with year round sun and minimal rain. It is a popular tourist destination throughout the year. The weather from June to September is hot and sunny and in particular July and August can be extremely hot with temperatures soaring above 30C.

The pleasant climate in winter makes Vilamoura a popular destination outside of the peak summer months and offers all of the benefits of a quieter resort. The temperature is at its coolest in January and warmer clothes might be required for the occasional cool evening.
