Summer and Winter
Pisa enjoys good weather year-round, making it a pleasant destination to visit at any time of the year. The city’s Mediterranean climate offers sunny days and high temperatures in the summer, while the winter is characterised by cooler weather with some rain and fog. If you choose to visit in the winter, make sure you bring some gloves, a scarf and warm clothes, as occasional icy and rainy spells are not unheard of. July and August are the hottest months, with an average temperature of 30°C.
Spring and Autumn
Many visitors choose to come in the spring period from April to June and the autumn from September to October, when the city is less crowded and temperatures are not so extreme.
