For some, nothing relaxes like a spot of retail therapy, and Paphos’ stores are conveniently located in the same general district. Popular local items include Cypriot lace, handmade pottery, paintings, sculptures, jewellery and souvenirs. The workmanship, quality and prices of local handicrafts make them sought after buys. There are also plenty of modern boutiques sporting the latest in designer labels as well as a few air-conditioned shopping malls.
