Paphos Airport Hotels

Paphos International Airport is just 16kms from the city centre, so there are no dedicated airport hotels, as all of the city’s accommodation is within easy reach. There is a wide range of hotels catering to different clientele, with many lodgings geared towards business travellers and others towards families and couples.

The Mayfair Hotel is generally considered to have the best facilities, amenities and service of any hotel in Paphos, while the Paphos Amathus Hotel, Avlida Hotel and Hotel Rui Cypria Maris are all good alternatives. All of these hotels have great business facilities and are equally adept at making families and romantic couples feel at home.

Where to stay

Most of Paphos’ best hotels are clustered near one another adjacent to the port and along the coastal promenade. From here, all of Paphos’ attractions are within walking distance, as are restaurants, tavernas, cafés and entertainment venues. The district is also very convenient to the airport, which is also situated on the southern coast.

Most of Paphos’ hotels are located in the lower town district near the waterfront, with the most luxurious lodgings situated on the beachside promenade. Prices and quality tend to drop as you move farther away from the coast, but most facilities and attractions are still within walking distance. Despite the numerous hotels in this area, capacity is stretched during the summer holiday season and advanced reservations are almost mandatory.
