The Ramada Pudong Airport Hotel is conveniently located just beside the airport and a five minute drive to and from the passenger terminal and Maglev train station. The four-star hotel has 370 rooms, restaurants, a gymnasium and business facilities. A cheaper option is the Jinjiang Inn Pudong Airport Hotel, which is also very close by.

Where to stay?
Some other alternatives in the Pudong area include the Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong, the Purple Mountain Hotel and the InterContinental Pudong. Rooms should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you have an early morning flight to Shanghai then avoid getting up in the middle of the night
and travelling to the airport by booking into an airport hotel the night before you fly.
You can wake up only minutes by shuttle bus from the airport terminal and leave your car in
the secure hotel car park for the duration of your trip.
