Transportation to Val Senales/SchnalstalThe resort of Val Senales / Schnalstal is situated close to the Austrian border, approximately 3 hours, 30 minutes from Venice, Milan and Munich. The most practical way of getting here is to catch a flight from the UK to the airport at Bolzano, just 55kms from the resort; transfer from there by hire vehicle, airport transfer service or train. Alternatively, board the Eurostar train in London and travel to Paris and connect with the overnight train to Verona. Then take a train to Merano, which is a short bus ride from the resort.By car, the resort of Val Senales / Schnalstal is 1,038kms and a 12-hour journey from Calais, with toll road costs of about €19. The journey will take you through France and Switzerland before you reach Italy. If you are driving from Bolzano Airport, take the express roadway to Merano and Val Venosta and follow the signs to Val Senales / Schnalstal after Naturno. By train, catch the Eurostar service from London Waterloo or Ashford in Kent to Paris and then change to the night train to Verona. Then transfer on to a local train to Bolzano and on to Merano train station just before the resort. A regular bus service will drop you at Val Senales / Schnalstal. The nearest airports to Val Senales / Schnalstal are in Bolzano and Verona, with Bolzano the closest at only 55kms from the resort. Flights to both airports are available from the UK, with hire vehicles, taxi and airport shuttles available to the resort.
