If there is a lack of snow in your resort and you have to pay to travel to another resort this will come under the heading of Piste Closure.

You would also be covered for reasonable additional travel expenses incurred to reach your destination if, as a direct result of an avalance, your transfer to or from your pre-booked resort is delayed.
