Paris Fashion Week may be over, but holidaymakers looking for a fashion-centred break can still visit the city for a special collection.

In conjunction with UNICEF, various fashion houses have collaborated on an unusual collection that is being displayed at the Petit Palais in Paris.

From November 18th to the 23rd, the Parisian exhibition centre will be home to various "sweet face" dolls designed by some of the world''s top fashion creators.

The likes of Chanel, Dior, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Oscar de la Renta and Stella McCartney all take part in the event, which is in aid of vaccinations for children in Darfur.

The event has been taking place for six years and has so far raised €220,000 (£171,000) – an amount that has helped 31,000 people.

Holidaymakers in Paris who get a taste for fashion after seeing the designer dolls can head to the shops and boutiques that Paris is famous for.

Collette is among the most famous of all the boutique shops, so a stop there is a must, as is the department store district of Boulevard Haussman.
