Vacancies:
INBOUND RESERVATION AND INTERNET ASSISTANT REQUIRED
Outgoing & intelligent people required for a Vibrant Internet Travel Company in Ganton Street in the heart of Soho, London.
Duties will include, servicing all inbound calls for sales and customer services and to aid the promotion and conversion levels of our ecommerce web sites.
Previous call centre experience essential. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Remuneration will be £7.50 per hour.
CONTACT CENTRE MANAGER REQUIRED
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious contact centre manager to really make their mark within our company.
Responsible for driving continuous improvement sales and customer support ensuring high level customer satisfaction whilst optimizing productivity. With full responsibility for P&L you will manage all operational aspects, delivering on KPIs, FSA compliance, recruitment, systems & telephony and training & online development of our customer service e-mails and marketing messages. You will also use your strategic aptitude to proactively develop opportunities to contribute to the overall business plan.
KEY SKILLS:
- 3 years within call centre management.
- Strong communicator, highly driven and with a record of success.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing process.
You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Salary 20K to 25K.
