Wintersports Cover

If you plan to participate in any wintersports activities whilst on holiday you will need to select the additional wintersports premium. This will cover you for all your skiing and snowboarding needs.

What is covered?
Under the terms of our policy you are covered for skiing and snowboarding on and off-piste. If you intend to ski off-piste outside of the resort area you will need to be accompanied by a fully qualified instructor to be covered.

  • Cover for your ski equipment, if lost or damaged, including any equipment hired
  • Piste Closure
  • Avalanche Closure

What is not covered?

  • Participation in any International or National competitions, including any heats or training for these events
  • Ski jumping
  • Mono skiing
  • Ice hockey
  • Use of sledges or bobsleighs
