You are trying to book a Family Policy with more than two adults.
The definition of our Family Policy is:
Adults (maximum two):
This includes a married or co-habiting couple (including same sex) or sole parent (single or solo for the duration of the trip).
Children (unlimited number):
This includes any child dependant for the duration of the trip under the age of 19 and in full-time education (including students providing they still live at home during the academic holidays).
If you are trying to book multiple Family Policies then we recommend you book each family separately - it makes things easier should you need to make a claim.
If you are booking for a family travelling with additional adults we advise that you book the Family Policy and then book any additional adult(s) separately. This also applies to families travelling with a dependent over the age of 19 and not in full-time education. Again, this makes things much easier should you need to make a claim.
