Commission Structure: If you are in agreement we are offering 15% commission on Travel Insurance and 10% on Airport Parking and Hotels. Our starting commission rate of 15% means that you can earn an average of over £6.00 per sale. If you can deliver a large volume of sales then our commission rate can increase to as much as 20%! Commission is payable on and around the 25th of the month. We will pay your commission on a monthly basis as long as it exceeds £50. You must not use your links provided for the following reasons: •Promote sexually explicit materials •Promote violence •Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age •Promote illegal activities •Breach intellectual property rights •Include ‘Essential Travel' or variations or misspellings thereof in their domain names •Are in any way connected to persons or a company rejected for membership of the Financial Services Authority (FSA), Insurance Brokers Registration Council or some other similar body created to monitor members of the insurance profession. Essential Travel Limited reserve the right to terminate your agreement immediately if any of these terms are breached. Product Pricing Essential Travel may from time to time have to change the rating structure provided, this can be for many reason, some of which are, change of underwriter, change of parking or hotel supplier and/or change of commercial with the suppliers. Customers For the avoidance of doubt, customers who place orders to purchase products through this Affiliate contract will be our customers. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies and operating procedures concerning customer orders and the data protection act. Logos For the purpose of this agreement, Essential Travel logos may be used on the affiliate's website or sites, with due care to the terms of this contract. A selection of logos will be forwarded to you by our technical team. Trademarks Note that the Essential Travel logo is a trademark of Essential Travel Limited and miss use or replication of this logo may invalidate this agreement. The parties agree that the licenses granted will not be treated as registrable transactions for the purposes of section 29 of the Trade Marks Act 1996 and neither party shall make any application for registration there under without the prior written consent of the other and that neither party shall have any of the rights of a licensee under the provisions of sections 30 and 31 of that Act, the provisions of which the parties agree will not apply to this Agreement. You acknowledge our proprietary interest in and to our names, trade or service marks and/or logos. Term and Termination The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of these terms and conditions by ticking the acceptance button below, the information provide will be recorded on a secure data base and will constitute an agreement between both parties. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. In addition, we may terminate this agreement immediately: •Upon your death, liquidation, dissolution, insolvency, receivership, or administration, or if you enter into a provisional liquidation or a composition with creditors. •If we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, or the administration of the account is such as to prejudice the interests of any policyholder and/or us. •If your regulatory status with or authorisation by any regulator or Government body is terminated, withdrawn or is subjected to conditions that, in our opinion, could materially affect your performance of your obligations under this Agreement. •If, in our judgement, there is any material breach of the terms of this Agreement that, being capable of remedy, has not been rectified within a reasonable period of time. •You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales of Qualifying Policies occurring during the term and fees earned up to the date of termination will remain payable only if the related orders are not cancelled. Payment of Commissions and Tracking The commissions will be determined at the point of our sales representative making contact and will be confirmed on an individual basis dependent on product and individual circumstances. For the purpose of these terms and conditions payment will be made by BACS and will be made on and around the 25th of each month. (please note that if the commission due is less that £50 for the said month, this will roll over until the amount exceeds £50, at which point you will be paid directly into your account. All sales will be recorded in our data base and an Affiliate e-mail confirmation for every sale will be provided to your e-mail address, which is tracked by your unique URL that will be provided to you by our technical team.
