Making a Travel Insurance Booking
Book online in 3 easy steps for instant cover even if you are traveling on the same day. If you are not happy with your policy we will give you a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the policy (assuming that the policy start date has not been breached and no that there are no pending claims).

How will I receive my policy documents if I am traveling today?
No problem, we will display and email them to you.
If you have not received your email booking confirmation please check your Email Junk folder as it may have mistakenly been sorted into this folder.
Also, don't forget to Add us to your safe senders list in your email address book.
Otherwise log in to our secure My Account area where you can resend it.
What is the definition of a family?

Cancellation of Holiday Insurance
When making a holiday insurance booking with Essential Travel and upon receipt of your policy via email or through the post, there is a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund except any credit card charges where applicable.

All calls made on our telephone numbers are charged at National Call Rate Please quote the Scheme Number shown on the first page of your Certificate and Your Certificate Schedule number to help your enquiry to be dealt with speedily.
We endeavor to respond to all complaints within 4 working days.
If you are still not satisfied with the way a complaint has been dealt with you may ask the Financial Ombudsman Service Bureau to review your case without prejudice to your rights in law.
