1). Firstly are you aware of anything that may cause you or anyone in the traveling party to cancel or curtail your trip? such as the poor health of yourself, anyone in the traveling party a close member of your family or business partner. A current condition will be classed as pre-existing and will be excluded from cover on our policy.
2). Have you ever suffered from any chronic or recurring illness for which you have received treatment or been a hospital in-patient? Examples; Heart, Lung, Cancer, but to name a few.
3). Are you waiting for the results of tests or investigations for an existing medical condition?
4). Have you been advised not to travel by a doctor?
5). Have you been diagnosed as having a terminal illness?
6). Are you receiving, recovering from, or on a waiting list for in-patient treatment in a hospital or nursing home or taking any prescribed medication?

The definition of a family policy is: Adults (Max. 2):
Husband and wife, co-habiting couple (same or different sex), sole parent (single or solo for duration of trip).
Children (unlimited number):
Any child dependant for the duration of the trip, under the age of 19 and in full time education (including university if still living at home during the holidays).
This policy is only available to you if you are a permanent resident in the United Kingdom and are registered with a Medical Practitioner in the United Kingdom.
All our policies must start and finish in the UK (including the Channel Islands).
A single trip is a one-off trip or holiday e.g. a two week summer holiday to Spain. A single trip policy can be taken out for any available geographic location. Single trip policies are available for UK residents only.
An Annual Multi Trip policy will cover you for a 12 month period. You can travel as many times as you like during this time and each individual trip can last up to 45 days. Annual policies are available for UK residents only. Annual Multi Trip with Wintersports covers you for a maximum of 17 days winter sports.
Backpacker policies are designed for people who want to take an extended trip, ideal for those on a gap year or student vacation. You will be covered for up to 12 months on a backpacker policy. Backpacker cover cannot be extended while you are out of the country and ceases upon your return home. Backpacker policies are available for UK residents only.
